25mcg Fentanyl patch.

Ok everybody, I know I've posted some questions already about the patch but here I go again. I have filled my prescription but have some reservations about taking it.
I'm looking for everyones experiences in your first week of using it both good and bad. How many of you continued to use it and how many switched to other meds for whatever reason and what did you change to?
I am currently using Endocet 10/325, 20-30mg per day, was on Methadone 20-60mg a day but have been off it for about four months. It was a long hard battle to get off of Methadone but I did it.
Perhaps the patch will be my long term solution to helping my chronic pain? I sure hope so.
Thanks in advance for all your advice.
Brian.

I call Fentanyl the wonder drug.I have been using it now for close to 2 years. In the first month I did have sweats and some lightheadedness but thats about it.It is important to read the instructions before using.I have more side effects from the oral meds besides being intoxicated.

Hi:

I cannot tell you how you may react, I can only tell you how I reacted to the fentanyl.

1.) Dizzyness
2.) Sleepiness (daytime)
3.) Nausea
4.) Sweaty
5.) Sleepless nights

Like I said, you may or may not experience this. Everyone is different.
Good luck friend.....
