I will be starting the 25mcg patch soon and was wondering what everybody's opinion is on the places on your body where adhesion has seemed to work best?

Upper arm or thigh for me. I tried chest and back and they kept coming off.
Whatever works best for you though. If it falls off use some medical tape to reapply it.

We have a couple members here on the patch and they will tell you more but I believe the best place is your upper forearm or back.
