Body Joints' Pain Specially Arms and Neck Due to Stretch in all of Body's Nerves

Hello,
I'd like to inform that i have been suffering from whole body joints' pain for more than 3 years. I've been treated by many of the physicians, orthopaedic surgeons, neuro surgeons but with no one, I could get rid of this killing pain which seems like that my body nerves stretch and I feel severe pain in my both arms,which comes from top of neck and goes down towards legs with back. I've taken so many medicines and injections so far but none of them has given me permanent relief. I have also tested LFT,CSR,Neck X-rays, all of them look normal. The medicines are:
i.Tab. neuberol forte
ii.Tab. Tramapar / Tramadol / Tramal SR
iii. Tab. Nise 100 mg
iv. Tab. Airtal 100 mg
v. Tab. Prothidene 25 mg
vi. Tab. Zantec / Zantac
vii. Inj. Neurobion (After every two days, Regular basis)
viii. Inj. Vitamin D3 (Course QTY:4,with the gap of 15 days in each)

You won't believe that I can't move my both arms easily.Sometimes, I feel that my legs won't support me to stand, now it looks better than earlier but not feel relaxation regarding this ache/pain.
Kindly advise what should i do. Which medicines should I use and which of them should be avoided.
I hope you'll help me.Remember Sir,I'm a young boy of just 25 yrs.

We aren't doctors here, just others who suffer.  Based on what you are saying it very much sounds like fibromyalgia.  Please find a doctor who will listen to your symptoms and check you for tender points.  Drugs like Lyrica, Savella or Cymbalta as well as anti-depressants can make a big difference.  Lyrica has changed my life.
