Hi mmalena,

First I want to welcome you to the Pain Management Forum and let you know that we are glad you found this Forum. I want to let you know that there are NO Doctors on this Forum only CP - Chronic Pain - Patients that help each other with our OWN expertise and experiences that we have developed through our OWN CP Issues.

I'm so sorry that you are experiencing this pain!! I know that you are scared as I can read it between the lines of your post. :{

I think that you ALREADY know the answer to your question.  You REALLY need to call your Doctor and make an appointment.  Have you bruised your breast at all in someway?   Is there ANY chance that you could be pregnant? The real problem is the fact that you've been experiencing this pain for such an extended period of time.

Please let us know what you find out. You also, might want to post this on the Women's Health Forum.  The link to it is right below:

PLEASE let uw know what you find out. Best wishes............Sherry

You need to see a doctor and find out why your breast is hurting.  It may be something as simple as mastitis or something far worse.  Until you know what it causing the pain, it can't be treated.  Do you have any other symptoms like redness or any other change in appearance or texture of the skin or size of the breast?
