Chest pain

I have a pain that starts under my right armpit and spreads across my chest - what could cause thhis?

may be pec muscle spasm/tightness. usuallly postural or from overuse-- check out upper crossed syndrome. the fix is myofascial release of the muscle and doorway stretches 5-10 x per day.. stretch the chest if it is muscular

i feel a sharp piercing pain across my chest and arround it.it happens seasonally and its been hapening often or 3months now.cant even remember when it started but not less than 4years ago.Im 20yaers old and i am realy worried.please help me.

First rule out the serious stuff, go see a doctor and get a EKG scheuduled. If that comes out clean, then it could be either a pulled muscle, a pinched nerve, teiztes syndrome or costocondritis. Chest pain could mean a list of things, but don't automatically assume it's life-threatening, just go see a doctor.
