Pain upper right quad & middle of upper left/righ quad

Pain URQ: pain is about 3 inches under right breast, feels like needle is gabbing, really sharp and painful at times. Very tender, when pressed, pain is intense, wraps around to right side of back. Can duplicate pain everytime area is pressed or when I lean against something. Pain in right side of back, feels sore, gets worse at times, hard time moving.  Resent test within last month: Ultrasound of kindeys, bladder, liver. Xray of ribs - all good.  H. Pylori treated & Gal bladder removed 2008. Also, 2008 had upper/Lower GI - Good (concidering the H. Pylori)

Pain Middle of U L/R Q: Pain is under breast in middle of abdomen gets really intense, causes me to hunch over, hard to explain pain-a twisting-like I ate to much sour candy, no heartburn, no acid reflux. Antiacid make pain worse, Water/Cheese calms it down - when water/cheese is not avail - gets really bad - hunch over, feel lightheaded, feel clammy.  

This has been going on for almost a year now. Family Doc is lost. Calling to see what he thinks the next step should be. If you have an thought PLEASE...let me know. The tests I've had are all good, which is good, but what is causing this pain, it really hurts and is causing strain w/ husband. He understands I'm in pain and wants to know as much as i do. Someone anyone.....

thats to breast ...sorry. pains warps to side above waist dont the ribs wrap front to back completely in that area?

Have you had a MRI o0f the Thoracic spine? Compression fractures can send excruciating  pain through the ribs terminating at the end of the rib with a real blast of pain. Hope you find some answers soon!
