c6-c7 moderately severe spondylosis with osteophyte formation and an osteophyte disc complex causing mild spinal canal narrowing, more pronounced on the left.  there is slight flattening of the left side of the cord without evidence of myelomalacia.  Bilateral foraminal narrowing is seen with pressure most likely on both exiting nerve roots.

A synovial cyst is noted outside the facet joint on the right at L4-L5 level. also seen is some dural ectasia of the right nerve root sleeve at S2 level .

You have given the impressions from a CT or MRI but you did not leave any question? If you are having pain like shooting pain it certainly seems there is a reason for it. When your nerve roots are involved it can give you severe shooting and electrical type pain shooting down your legs or arms. I am not sure really what to say because you did not ask anything.         Audrea

it might be more helpful if you tell us how you are feeling and any symptoms you may have. diagnosis' like these can mean a lot or very little. are you in pain? is it a shooting pain(down the legs or in your buttocks for example)?
