help please

its hurts my lower abdominal when I pee. and when i stop peeing it feels like i still have to pee, but nothing comes out.  I have blood in my urine and in my stool.  I have bad lower abdominal pains... and lower back pains where my kidneys are. .what could it be?  the doctors said it could be, kidney stones, or PID, or could be anything.. I need help

If you don't get good response from this forum on migraines, you might try some other ones like Pain management or kidneys.
