Extreme Pelvic pain

I had pelvic pain this morning after i...masturbated. It caused me to not walk properly (bent over), nausea, back pain, and sweating. It lasted like maybe 10 minutes? The pain felt like menstrual cramps but without contractions (you know like 10 minutes of pain then ease for 3 minutes then back to 10 min.).

What could be the cause of this?

Your uterus normally does have contractions after orgasm. The hormone oxytocin is released and this causes the uterus to contract, bigger orgasm more oxytocin. If you are close to your period it can cause your period to start sooner and cause more painful cramps before your period starts. There has also been some link between more painful cramping in women who are closer to menopause or in menopause. A warm compress or heating pad should help.
Endometriosis, fibroids and UTIs can also cause pain after orgasm so its best if you see a doctor to rule those things out.
Good luck.
