wow! that seems great. I'm almost running out of hope. At the moment, I'm not really into any specific diet but just mainly more on healthy meals, I do a 30 minutes cardio like 6times a week and some walking 3 or 4 times a weeks. Unfortunately my weight is still the same after nearly 2 months.
Few months before, I completely changed my diet, I almost went vegetarian and did some walking. Unfortunately, my weight never change. It's kinda disappointing.
OH did I mention, I had to resort back to taking my pills since for the last 4 months I've haven't had my period (again). I actually don't like going back to my pills since it makes me a lot more hungrier. :(
I will give the juice thing a try, though. Thanks for the info :)

Hi Satang
I am 28, have PCOS as well and I have tried pretty much everything...
About a month ago someone talked to me about a diet called Fat, Sick and Nearly Death and I went into forums, saw a couple of videos (not the actual movie) and finally decided to go on it.
This diet consist of juices natural juices.. so I got myself a juice extractor (I read reviews and decided to go with Jack Lalain's Power Juicer... it is only 94.00$ compared to others that are around 400$).
I saw some videos of recipes that people have posted online and got started.

First week I had Juice 3 times a day (nothing else than juices...) example of a juice I liked a lot is : 2 small apples, sticks of celery, one big cucumber, one lemon (not peeled), spinach and broccoli... YES... IT TASTE GOOD!

second week I decided to cut the fruits.. so I started to drink only green juices...  OH.. I forgot to mention that sundays I have anything I want in one of the meals.. so I can eat pizza on lunch or bread in the morning... and on saturdays I have salads.

So .. 3rd week.. I started to go to the gym... cardio only... and I felt Dam good... I dont feel I am missing ANYTHING.. I have so much energy... I just couldn't believe it.
Oh... when you fell you need a snack, you can just grab some almonds, seeds or nuts, they need to fit inside one of your hands(closed)

I am now on my 4th week.. I am doing 1.5 hours of  regular intensity cardio and 30 minutes of light weight... (need to be light just to define .. you can not do too much weight because your body will not be able to recover your muscles)

And I am pleased to let you know I have lost a total of 25 pounds...
I fell better, I look better..
I wanted to share my experience... I have tried everything, diets, exercises, pills, teas and nothing gave me results like this!
