Another period 2 weeks later?

Okay so, In the month of June I had ended my period on the 1st, and had cramps and bloating a week later. Then on the 19th, I started to spot brown blood, and that lasted for 8 days (my period NEVER lasted that long) and my cramps pretty much lasted all month long. July I had no cramps until my period, same for August and September. Well when October came I spotted brown blood for 2 days (the 6th-7th) with cramps and then I started my period . . and ended the 14th. I still had cramps all month. My boyfriend and I had sex the 21st (protected) and then we he stuck in once unprotected, and 2 weeks later, November 1st, I started bleeding again? It's not brown, it's a dark red blood. I feel kind of nauseated, I'm not too sure what's going on. Am I pregnant? Or is it something else? . . Please PLEASE let me know!
