Anterolisthesis and pregnancy

I am eighteen and already thirty two weeks pregnant.I have a back condition called Anterolisthesis, its grade two our of four for me. meaning its bad enough to have pain my whole life and have to change the way i have to do everyday things but not quite bad enough to have surgery. I have been looking online and its been hard to find any information on how pregnancy can effect anterolisthesis. I was wondering if having a C-section could possibly be better for my back or not. If having the baby vaginally could possibly cause more slippage than there has been already.
