Sorry to hear about your loss :( .. I think situps are ok until like the middle of ur second trimester when your tummy gets too big and then it starts putting too much weight on your guts when u lay on your back, thats why i really like the hula hoop one, its good for the tummy muscles
Thanks :) there isnt any jumping cuz you nees the balence board for wii fit so i should be alright. Id also like to try a prenatal yoga dvd because they are supposed to help with the beathing and labor stuff.but.i cant seem to find a.good one
ya i wondered too i loved my wii fit and stopped playing it when i was pregnant but i am curious if i get preggers again is it ok to do sit ups. i just recently lost a pregnancy and son 20 weeks in so i am trying to lose some of the tummy he left so i am doing sit ups and crunches so i want to know if i find out i am pregnant can you continue to do them or should i stop
I've 9 days till my due date and am just taking a break from playing football with my son on the xbox knect! Probably not wise for you to be jumping about at 24wks, but I'm hoping it will help things along!
The yoga poses will be good for you, there are some to avoid, if you google it you should get an idea of the ones not recommended in pregnancy Happy gaming!! :)
