can the aciclovirv tablets affect the contraceptive pill?

Acyclovir is an antiviral, not an antibiotic. I don't think there is any contraindication in terms of taking it when on birth control, but to be sure, go to the website of the drug and look up FAQ's, or ask a pharmacist.
