Does anyone find it hard to come up with names for one gender over the other?

I find boy's names are harder to come up with. My husband and I have been discussing names since we were dating(yes we're that crazy). We agreed upon several girls names. About a year ago we finally agreed on a boy name. Funny later we changed the middle name once we find out it was a boy. If we have another boy, I don't know what we going to do.

It was weird for me soon as I found out I was pregnant with all four of mine including this one one gender or the other would just come so easy like the name would just roll of my tongue and the other i just couldn't come up with one that sounded rite and every time 2 boys and 2 girls the one that was easiest ended up being what I was having: )

We've been set on our first names both times almost immediately! The middle Is a different story! First baby didn't pick something until social security pressured me for the 2nd time in hospital! And this one is summing up to go the same way!!

Haha starresky that is complicated! But great that you know what you want :-D.  My son was super easy! Both daughters were much harder for me and I always have nicknames for girls before the name so then I have to find a name I like that works with the nickname ;-)

When I found out I was having twin boys, I had one name right away.  It took me awhile to finally decide on the second boys name.  I did find it easier to come up with girl names.  Best of luck to you!

That's why we waited till we found out what we were having so we didn't have to pick 2 names.

It was just hard in general to get all of my kids names... I just wanted them different, to start with a certain letter, and the first name had to be 7 letters... very complicated:-)
