hospital bags!?!

When is everyone packing bags for hospital?? I'm high risk and 34 weeks and I'm ready to get all the things done that need done still and bags packed but hubby thinks we still have plenty of time. We don't have the crib up or changing table. The bassinet is up in the attic. Ugh! I have everything washed and ready just can't get him on board to help!!

I wasn't high risk but I had my bags packed and took them with me everywhere once I hit 32 weeks.

If you are high risk, I think you should have your bags ready to go! Why stress over everything last minute.  IF you don't have anything else ready fine, but at least get your bag ready to go! Enjoy and congratulations!

I packed while in labor the first time around. I might get it done a week or two before my due date this time, but I didn't forget anything vital last time so I don't see any need to rush.
High risk would be a different story, though, I suppose. I might pack at about 36 weeks if I was worried about preterm labor.

I am 35 weeks and not packed yet, I made my checklist and such so I can get what can go in the bag now and then the rest as we go. But I have been dealing with other things and I don't have a bag...so that is why mine isn't packed lol

With my first I was induced so I packed the night before my induction at 38 weeks. With my second, my water broke spontaneously at 38 weeks even, so I packed while in labor and even showered and shaved my legs lol. I'm not in a big hurry this time. I don't mind laboring at home a bit.
