Second beta just in ~ 238!

My first beta two days ago was 82, so the number almost tripled.  Whew!  Once you're pregnant at this age (35) you worry a little about miscarriage and quality of eggs.

My progesterone is good too, it was measuring at the maximum the machine could read, which means it's over 45.

I was reading on some other sites that high progesterone in early pregancy could mean multiples.  (I had 3-4 follies) but my nurse says she doesn't think so, but they are doing a third beta next week to check my numbers again.

Yea, it's so hard to tell by betas to determine multiples this early.  The beta range is so wide at 4 weeks.  I doubt it's multiples, and to be honest, I hope it is only one.  Because I just dont want any risks, AT ALL, if you know what I mean.   :D
