Walking, sex.  Cleaning the house!

I will be 37 weeks on Monday and also am hanging out for baby to come.

Ultimately they will come when they're ready to come and not so much we can do about it.

The last few weeks they gain lots of fat.  Apparently most optimally outcomes is when baby is 39 or so weeks.

Hang in there.  It feels like forever, but your (and my babies) will be here in a few short weeks.

There isn't much you can do.  I went all the way to 40 weeks and was told that walking helps, etc. but in my experience nothing helped to speed labor up.
Also note that last few weeks are not wasteful.  Your baby's brain develops even if baby is not growing.
