ok so my boss finally called me back and I asked him about working shorter hours and he said that it would put a strain on them for me coming in late and they would still be short a person for how ever many hours a day I'm late......so he suggested me going ahead and going on disability and he'll hire some one part time to fill in for me while I'm gone.....and I told him the problem I saw with that is I dont' know when they will come it could be early July or late July and I'm worried about having a job to come back to when my FMLA runs out if it runs out and I only have a couple weeks at home with them I told him I'd like to have at least 8 weeks at home with them and he said don't worry....I've been with the company long enough he said I can still have a job to come back to.....Praise the Lord I'm so excited I can finally get the rest I need.  So I think I'm gonna work another 2-3 weeks and I'm gone til the babies are at least 8 weeks......I'm so happy and relieved.

nope no computer but I'll have to go to my moms once in a while and check in and let everyone know how we are doing and I've got a few girls #'s from on here to let you all know when the babies get here.....

Great news. I still say it's a shame that this discussion had to happen and you had to worry. The boss sounds like a jerk about rights of their workers. I know business has to keep moving but still, he sounds jerky.

That is such great news!!!  I am so happy for you that its all going to work out for you.  Its nice to work for a company where you are appreciated.  I can't believe you guys in the States get so little time off though.  We get 1 year paid maternity, automatically.  Its the law.  How stressful for you to have to go through all of this with everything else that comes with pregnancy.  I wish you all the best and I am glad its all working out.
