Hi I'm also 41, will be 42 in May 2015. This is my first child. I'm 8 weeks after a miscarriage last Sept and a failed IVF past Oct. This Christmas baby was a gift. Good luck as I'm also learning as I'm going!

Just joined the group  hi mums. I'm 39 and just found out I'm expecting my 6th child. A real Xmas surprise. My youngest is 11 now so thought I was done. I feel much happier now knowing there are lots of other mums to be out there my age and older.

I was older than you when I had my son.  The nurse told me later that she came in to look at me when she saw my age on the chart.  I wondered what made her volunteer that little tidbit.  lol
