Usually a craving indicates a deficiency of some kind. The food you're craving usually gives hints as to what it your body needs more of. So perhaps take a look at your diet and make sure you are getting enough essential nutrients?

its hard but try to crave other things or find somethibg similar.  my cravings are harder cause I have allergies and I do it all the time.  I have milk and egg allergies plus I can't eat anything greasy or acidy because of no gallbladder.  pregnancy cravings always have something to do with those categories and I just find substitutes.
