New Ultrasound Pics

Finally figured out how to save still photos from the DVD video of ultrasounds, and posted the ones from today's visit. I wish ya'll could see the video, b/c the twins are poking, prodding, kicking, punching each other (doc calls it "exploring") through the membrane that separates them! It's hilarious.

Babies are doing great: Henry weighs 13 oz. and Cadence weighs 12 oz. The average weight at this stage is 9 oz., so these guys are BIG! This is good news, as they may be born early and will need all the weight.

Btw, check out my profile - I uploaded new photos of Noah and all of the children!  It was very cool (but hectic) to have all of them under one roof but GREAT!!

WONDERFUL news!!!  I wish I'd have known 6 months ago how to 'do the dvd thing'.  I wish I could've seen the video also. I'd love to have seen twins - especially yours - u/s.  Sounds like the babies are doing great although I hope they go full-term.  One of my friends who had twins told me that twins are at term at 34+ weeks.  Anyway, CONGRATS!! - jen

Fantastic news!  I am so glad they are growing big and healthy. I was over at friends on sunday, they have twins 10 months old.  They went full term, and I can't remember the exact weights, but they were 6 lbs+ each anyway.  And the mother is insulin dependent diabetic, which is an extra challange.  Goes to show you, twins are not always early.  I wish you the same, two full term healthy babies.  Take care.
