Can't sleep

Hi! I'm 40 and pregnant with my 1st...I'm at about 5 weeks and since I found out, I've been having problems sleeping. I sleep for a few hours,  then I'm wide awake (like now...it's 5AM and I've been up since 1AM). Is this normal?

Yes, try drinking camomile tea before bed and taking a warm shower, it helped me some. I'm now 30 weeks. It happened to me at the beginning and again for another week recently.
