body back after baby

Ok,so is anyone else nervous about how to lose the baby weight? I had my other children in my 20's. Well, now that I'm 37 I'm wondering if I'll be able to lose it and how long it will take. I'm not a vain person and I'm not trying to be skinny, i started off kinda heavy with this one. 5'1,160 lbs. I want to be healthy.

You can do it. Just take Ur time & don't rush into anything. Pregnancy takes a lot out of Ur body. As does breast feeding. Also working out too hard too fast can reduce breast milk supply. This is my 3rd baby. I'm 36 & kids are 7, 1.5 & soon my newborn. I've had to have csections so I take it easy until 3 months postpartum or more just depending on how my body feels.breastfeeding does help burn calories. I've gained the most this pregnancy, 35lbs.. I won't start working out again until 3/4 months. But I start eating a very clean healthy diet ASAP once baby arrives.

Brrastfeeding will help a lot, but don't expect to lose all the weight right away. It took 9 months to put it on so take 9 months to try and take it off. Stay active and eat healthy, avoiding sugars and soda. I also read that using a belly binder or girdle helps you lose the weight so I'm trying it this time around.
