u/s weight? right or wrong?

This is my 4th baby and with my last baby the u/s tech said she would be 6 pounds 14 ounces and she was 6lb 13oz so it was pretty dead on. I had an u/s 3 days ago they said baby was 5lbs 6 oz which worries me I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow. Just wondered if maybe they could be wrong.....I'm hoping so I want him bigger

I just had my final ultrasound last week & the tech estimated him at 6lb 13 oz. My OB said that is strictly a guess but she & I both think he's going to be around 8 lb. I hope the tech was over estimating because we have 2w 2d to go & he's got more growing time!

Thanks ladies, my second was born at 5pounds,7oz and she was 3 weeks early so small it was scary just hope he is bigger :) thanks for the encouragement

They can be off up to 1 or 2 lbs! I wouldn't worry too much, it really is just a guess.

It could be wrong when I was 37weeks they told me my baby weighted 7 11oz dhe was born at 38 5days she weight 7 0 so it could be wrong
