I concur w/adgal - an re is your best option at this point.  Fertility's a funny thing after a certain point and there's so much that can be done to help things along - good luck!

If you are 45 and have been trying for 2 years, you need to get yourself to an RE right away.  They can do an evaluation and discuss your options with you.  Best of luck to you.
