How much do you take
Thank you to every1 who replied to my question about baby asprin and fish oil, My next question is...how much do you take? The bottle says to take 4 tablets of baby asprin a day and also 4 tablets of the fish oil a day. I guess it just sounded like alot.
I've never taken the fish oil but my dr has me taking 1 baby asprin a day. I like the strawberry flavor better than the orange. lol Good luck.
Same here, 1 baby asprin a day. I think that's all your supposed to take. I have never met anyone who has taken more for pregnancy. As for the fish oil, I take 3 caplets a day. I recommend taking them with meals....I hate the after taste. Good luck!
I took 1 tablet a day (81mg)... that's enough for me... Also depends how much you need to take as your doctor ordered....
