I take 2 flinstone chewables that's what my doctor prescribed since the regular prenatal vitamins give me constipation and you can continue to take them while breastfeeding I did with my first and will continue with this one

If you don't have a dr right now and you just want to know what you can take. My dr approves the prenatals at Wal-mart. I take them while breastfeeding. Congrats on your new bundle of joy!!

Congrats!! I had my midwife send a prescription over for me. That way I knew it was a good one with everything I need:)
