BTW...I will be 42 in two weeks and have an almost 1 year old, naturally conceived. We are now trying for a second. Lots of women here in the same situation. So it does happen!!
Everyone is different. Some women have no problem getting pregnant at 43, for others they need a bit of help. If your cycles are still regular and you are in good health, give it a try. If after a few months, nothing, try seeing an RE. The great news is that even if you have trouble conceiving naturally, we live in a time where we have many options available to us. My husbands mother had her last child when she was 45, and everything seemed to be ok with her pregnancy. I would consult your doctor and see what they say. I believe it depends on your health and body type. Good Luck!
