II I replied to your other post in detail. Just so you know there is doctor patient confidentiality, the dr can't tell your family unless you say it's ok.

Tell your doctor.  He or she will help you stop the dosages you were taking safely, and there is no reason your family needs to know.  (Does your doctor get on the phone to your family and tell them the results of each visit?  I don't think so.)  If you have tapered off the vicodin by the time the baby is born, there is no risk that "they" will take your baby.  Tell the doc, it's the only way out safely.

You need to do what the other women told you!! You HAVE TO TELL YOUR DR. You say you don't want your family to know, well how do you think they are going to feel if you don't tell and something happens to your baby???? It will come out what has happened and then that will make it worse for you and too late for your baby. You owe it to your baby so that he/she can be taken care of properly after delivery to minimize the damage that you have caused. Stop thinking about yourself.
