Home inducing tips

I'm scheduled to be induced in two weeks but I really would rather do it myself. Does anyone know good and effective ways to get my body contracting regularly. I have been contracting like crazy but not enough to have a big affect. PLEASE someone help me get this boy out of me. I'm 37 weeks

I was induced with both of my previous pregnancies. I end up having gestational diabetes everytime. My oldest I had to be induced on my due date. I had her 7 hrs after my contractions started. My water broke 11 days early with my soon to be middle child but I had no contractions until I walked around the hospital. They didn't last long so I had to be induced again.  She was born 3.5 hrs after my contractions started.  I am already planning on the fact I will have to be induced again. I had no problems either time.  I am just happy that I didn't have to be in labor a lot longer than I was.

My doula told me that nipple stimulation will work everytime- but not a little, like 3 hrs/day with a breast pump. I got through about 10 minutes and that was that. So painful! I got over that idea very quickly! I did end up with pitocin a few days later and same thing with placenta detaching- baby's heart rate was down to 45. Let things happen on their own, birth will be much easier if baby is ready :)

Good point, I give up anyways. Everything the doctors and the internet has suggested has not worked. He wants to stay in...

Let it go on its own. The reason I say this is our daughter was in distress and if I didn't go to hospital she wouldn't be here. I was 37/4 and wanted to stay home but my water broke and I went to hospital and when I did her heart rate was dropping under 60 and stayed down for awhile come to find out my placenta had started to detach from my wall before she was born. Please don't chance your baby's life. If I wasn't in the hospital I wouldn't be holding my baby right now.
