Aww sweetie that's not good, :(  It does sound either like flu or an infection so I would definitely get checked over by your Doc and/or Obgyn.  Double check any medications that you are taking.  We don't have advil or tylenol here in the UK so i've no idea whether they are safe or not.  I hope you start to feel better real soon xxx

I don't think you can take advil while pregnant, you can take tylenol (you need to double check that) but definitely get in to see some sort of doctor, take care.

It definitely sounds like the flu.  Could be swine, but could just be seasonal...they say the seasonal flu is just as bad this year.  Drink lots of fluid!  And, I think I'd call my doc just to be on the safe side.  Take care of yourself!

A really high fever is bad for the baby when pregnant, but not 103.9 (I don't think.  -- Check that with your doctor.  My pedi tells me not to sweat a fever until it hits 105, but that is in a child who is out of the womb.)  It sounds like H1N1 in that the hallmark is supposed to be feeling so exhausted, and you say you feel like you've been hit by a truck.  Frankly, I'd call your ob-gyn's night line now, or at least a flu hotline, since you are pregnant, and get their best advice.
