I found out at 28 weeks i have gestational diabetes.  Has anyone had to get induced because of it. How big was ur baby. When Did u get induced.

I was induced on Tuesday, had my baby at 7:35pm yesterday after 3 long hours of pushing!

I talked to my Dr and he said baby girl's weight is ok but if my numbers start to go high again then an induction could happen but he would wait until Im 49 weeks

I am being induced on Sunday morning if rooms are available. But I will maintain my right to back out if they try to push for c section

A friend from high school wasnt induced and she had it but.she did.have a.c.section her water broke at 39 weeks her baby was 8 pounds 15 ounces

And a friend of my mom wasnt induced.and.she had gestational diabetes she went into labor a day before.her.due date her baby weighed 7 pounds

At about 30 weeks, my doctor just started taking notice on how big the baby was getting.  At about 37 weeks she decided to induce the following week which was two weeks before my due date.

My last pregnancy I was induced two weeks early because my baby was growing fast. She was 9 lbs 5 ozs.
