Can you visit a doctor anytime soon ?  You are in India and maybe its a little more complicated but you should go just for a routine check ( just in case)

Just to echo what the others said.  It does not sound like you are pregnant.

The emergency contraceptive pill has a 25% failure rate.

Pregnancy can be detected about 2 weeks after unprotected sex (conception) so its unlikely that you are pregnant if the tests are coming back negative almost 1 month after unprotected sex.

As fadingsun mentioned, the morning after pill can cause an imbalance in your system and throw your cycles off for a month or two.

The morning after pill can mess up your cycles for a month or two. The pill is a bunch of hormone so it can knock your system off balance.  If your tests are negative and continue to be negative, then that is probably all it is.
