Extremely tired

I'm 38 yrs old and  12 weeks pregnant. This is my first pregnancy. Lately  I'm overly tired. Also, I feel full all the time and not hungry at all. I eat because I know I have to but I really don't feel hungry at all. I would like some advise how to recover some energy back. Anyone experiencing the same?

The tiredness, unfortunately, will return. I am 36 yo, & 34w 3d. I have been having bouts of insomnia & would love a good 2hr nap every day.
If you can get a nap, even a 1/2 hr, do it. You'll train your body to get used to do it when Baby comes. Also, the fullness is normal because as your uterus is growing, your internal organs won't have the room they're used to. It amazes me how little I'm able to eat! But just know, Baby will get all s/he needs from your body, you need to eat for you. Mini meals throughout the day are best, especially when heartburn kicks in.
Good luck & congratulations on Baby!!!

I'm 36 years old and pregnant with my first too. I'm now 37 wks 6 days. During my first trimester I felt exactly like you. All I can say is that it passes.  Try and eat small meals.  Good luck.

It should pass. I was really tired in the begining. Try and get as much rest as possible. Eat smaller meals.
