Okay,I'm don't technically belong here yet (i'm 32) but I'm having trouble finding answers to this ? elsewhere.
I was tracking temps this cycle till about CD 18, never had a rise or a dip. I was on antibiotics (for strep throat) and assumed that messed w my ovulation and I didn't O this cycle. Now, I'm thinking i may have O'd late. I remember having a good bit of EWCM a few days after I stopped tracking temps.
So my question is, for anyone who KNOWS that they ovulated late, when did you get your BFP? I have tested daily from 8 dpo- 15 dpo.
I am only 1 day late today, but i've *never* been late before and not pregnant. :( I'm going nuts!! Trying not to get my hopes up (Oh, who am I kidding?!?) :P
You would probably get a clear BFP 14 days after you think you ovulated. If you still hadn't o'ed by CD 18 I would probably wait until at least CD 32 before I started taking HPT's, although it could be even later some cycles I haven't o'ed until CD 20 or 21. Good luck.
Oh, I should have said, I tested on what would've been 8-15DPO if I ovulated on CD14. as I normally do. Unfortunately, I have no idea when I O'd, but I am statring to assume it was late. Wish I would've kept tracking temps this month!
Thanks for your reply!
That's sort of my situation this month. I didn't notice much CM as usual and I stopped tracking my temps. I'm was suppose to ov on Mon., but I did take my temp Wed and Thurs. Wed was 97.3 and Thur. and today was 98.0. I hope Wed was the ov day because we bd'd that evening. Wishing us all blessings.
