How long did it take to get your BFP?

I'm 1 month and 3 weeks late, still no AF. tests have been BFN, and I know, I may have either not ovulated or ovulated later than normal due to all that stress I went through, but I'm curious for those of you who know your cycles some how long it took you for a BFP

I think your best bet right now is gonna be a blood test...I think most people test positive if they are pregnant within days of missing AF...not so much weeks. Unfortunately im kind of thinking that all the stress  your body has been under is causing your cycles to be messed up. After i gave birth in May i had a short period in the begining of july and another longer one at the end of august and ive been regular my WHOLE life...so stressful things that happen to your body can really change things. I know you want another baby but im honestly thinking that its probably better if you wait and heal your body some first...i hope you dont take that the wrong way but i truly think it would be safer for you and the baby if you take care of you first :) and then ttc!  I think that might have been your plan all along and now your just excited about the prospect of possibly being pregnant (who can deny that excitement no matter what condition your in lol) but i really think a pregnancy test would have shown up positive by now...but i really urge u to take a blood test anyway so you can be a 100% positive and move on with your therapy to get your body in tip top shape for baby # 3 (hopefully your little princess :) ) Goodluck Cindie!

no I have missed 1 actual period and am close to missing a   2nd one (26 days in) and it's frustrating since the sooner I know the better the physical therapist will be able to adjust my excercises.

I think i read the question wrong! I thought you meant after you missed your period...

erm.... well, I never stopped taking BC my eating disorder and things kinda didnt make it work... so its hard to say.
And well with the pregnancy after my MC it took 4 days to get preg again....?

4 months after my termination considering it toook my womb 3 months to heal and sort itself out...

Well it took 4 years of not preventing. and 6 months of actually trying.

it took 7 months of not trying but not preventing before I got my BFP.  Several of those months my body was readjusting to comign off bcp's

Well.... With this one, I thought my period is just playing up. so I didnt test untill I was a week away of missing 2 periods with my like last wee of the day (TMI) LOL. And it wa the strongest positive I have ever seen.

With the one I mc'd... I waited till 3 dys after I missed my period...

and with the first, well... that was like 5 months with no period! LOL....

So.... It was all different :)

I am a week and 4 days late. And have had 2 negative results on the hpt. With my daughter I got a postive when I tested. So we still have out fingers crossed that i am pregnant. We have been trying for a couple of months now

With my first I didn't test until AF was three days late, but with time around I got my BFP 10DPO or three days before AF was due.

With my son tested the day AF was due and it came out positive right away. I think I skipped a period because of stress I have been under too negative HPT's and blood test. I hope you are preggers

It took 1 month of trying for us to concieve my son (he is 5 weeks old), and I got my BFP before I was due for my AF (the day before).  With my first pregnancy I had a loss.  With that pregnancy I ovulated later in my cycle, and got my BFP a week late for my AF.... concieved immedatley after I ended birth control pills (I was on them for 11 years).

I didn't plan with Elijah, got him the first month of not trying but not preventing...

This baby, I stopped birth control after two and a half months last March. June-Aug we didn't try and I got pregnant this past March, so a year we tried with six/seven months consecutive.
BFP at 11DPO with FRER at night when the FMU FRER showed BFN.

We weren't trying the first time, so I have no idea - LOL

But we conceived the second time on our second cycle trying.

Have you gotten a blood test, or are you just talking HPTs when you say that tests have been neg.?
