is it normal

dear dr.

im pregnant 21 weeks five days and i did my ultrasound today the result every thing is normal just the dr told me there is a mild bilateral renal pelviectasis measuring 5.2mm on the right side and 4.7mm on the left, and im worry if this will cause a downs syndrom (syndrome).
