I am 28 weeks now and my mom went into labor with all of her kids at 28 weeks so I am wondering what is the signs of preterm labor that you should go to the hospital? And when giving birth do you feel yourself ripping and how are you supposed to breathe and push ?
Dont worry hun. If you have lower back pain/pressure that comes and goes or pain that comes and goes in your abdomen (think of someone squeezing your abdomen super tight for several seconds) if you have watery discharge and think your water may have broke you should go in also for bleeding.
And when it comes time your body will take over. You will know if/when it is time to push because of all the pressure and you will have trouble NOT pushing. Just relax hun. Your body will guide you.
