Health question about laziness.

So we all hear that being active during pregnancy gives a lot of benifits right? Well when youre twice your normal size and being abused from the inside its hard to be what you would normally concider "active" my question is what's concidered active during pregnancy?

Ive worked 36-40 hours a week my whole pregnancy in an electronic store which is constant walking(and some lifting) for 9hrs a day. I get 2 days off a week and usually those are taken up by dr apts but otherwise I walk a little (about 1-2hrs) and then sit most of those to days to recoup. While not pregnant I would hit the gym 3-4 times a week so going from all that energy to hardly able to get out of bed *****. Would you say I atleast remained moderatly actove or did I become a couch potato? :(

You sound very active to me. With my complications I'm a couch potato but I was with my first as well and it was all good so not worried.
