Ur only 20 weeks. No offence but ur going to gain a lot more weight and also feel worse with swelling/oedema in the weeks to come. Focus on being healthy for ur babys growth. Worry about losing the weight after. Breast feeding helps u shift the pounds and of course running around after ur baby

I had my first DD at 30 and I weighed less 6wks post pregnancy than I did pre pregnancy. I made sure to eat right and satisfied my sweet tooth craving with red slushies a couple times a week. I gained a total of 28 lbs. Lost 33lbs by 6 weeks without exercising. My calories were all burned off via breastfeeding. I may have been lucky but I guess I will see soon enough since DD #2 is 3 days late.
