Hey Ladies! So im in my 37week, and Wondering...Whats the most Effective Way to use the Primrose Oil Capsules????
What Brand did u use and How did you use it? Was it Helpful ?

Ive not heard of this b4...I'm 27w+4d so I'm gusing from all the comments u use it like a pessary around 30w? How many & is this daily?thanks :)

Im 25wks 5days now and I plan on using the capsules from 34 weeks also to soften cervix as my last baby was 2 weeks late and I had no choice but to be induced which I hated.  Im glad ive found out about it this preg (from here) as wish I had known last baby :)

If not I just used my index finger and put it as far as I.could reach

You can poke a tiny hole at the top.of it and insert it as far as you can close to your cervix.. you can try it with a tampon container just put the pill on top and you.know the rest lol

O yea  the brand I used was spring valley I got mined at Wal-Mart for $5  but I know cvs and rite aid carries it to

Hi ive used it with my daughter it worked wonders for me I started at 36 weeks using it vaginally 3 capsules make sure you wear a panty liner or pad cause it does drip.. but I had my daughter right @ 38 weeks.on the dot ... I plan on using it again this pregnancy im 30 wks so ill start at 34 weeks o yea raspberry leaf tea also helps to strengthen uterus .. hope all goes well!
