I am not sure about remedies for the tiredness except to say just to get as much rest as possible whenever you can. I can go to bed at 9:30 and when I wake up for work at 6:30 I still feel tired. I heard this passes though so hopefully you won't have to endure it much longer. For the nausea I read that Gingersnap cookies are good to nibble on. Of course I tried the Gingerale and saltines method and it worked a little. I also read lemon can be soothing. I actually felt better after I drank some lemonade so maybe you could give that a try.

I find that when I get some exercise I feel better. I started swmming at a local pool and although I feel tired after - I feel energized at the same time. Yoga - which can be done and home and getting a walk in around the neighborhood can help with fresh air too. As for the nausea, I have heard that gingerbread cookies can help. Ginger soothes or something  - I did this with my last preg but I was quite sick. Have no had to do it this time. I try to eat more frequently and less amounts at once....or I vomit. Good luck!
