Pregnancy and Exercise

Hello Belly Buddies,
Just curious as to what all of you plan on doing to stay healthy and fit during your pregnancies?  I am the type of person that for the most part, always eats exactly how I am suppose to (good whole grains, lean proteins, fruits, veggies, nonfat dairy, ect).  However, I am not big at all on exercising.  I have never been athletic or involved in sports. I have exercised off and on for years, but only when I knew I had to wear a bikini or I could feel my pants getting snug, and it is torture for me  LOL.
Now that I am expecting, I want to start a regular walking routine and maybe some pregnant yoga.  I have been reading that you can't get your heart rate over a certain level.  Could you do 20 minutes a day or is that too much?  Maybe 3 times a week?  Any suggestions or insight into what you ladies are doing would be helpful :)

I go to an aquanatal class at the Y just so I know I'm not overdoing it. Exercise in the water is very relaxing and yet you know you are helping your body. I havent exercised in a good 2 years and I really enjoyed it. The instructor did say not to do any situps on land because your uterus is already being stretched out enough.

I also really enjoy dance (not that I ever do it) so I would love to look into a prenatal bellydancing video

I decided on doing 20 minutes on my treadmill 3-4 times a week. It's about 1.25 miles when you just walk, and makes you feel good not tired.  I asked for a preggo yoga video from my hubby for a christmas gift so I was thinking of doing that a couple times a week too.

I walk for 15 minutes morning and afternoon, I have a 20 week old puppy who is crazy if she doens't get enough excercise.  I think I am also going to add in some light ab work on a stability ball.  Nothing too intense.

I have a 13 month old son that gives me plenty of exercise running after him all day.

No clue what to do but I think but I'm sure I read the stuff online like you. So my plan is to do daily or as close to daily 20-30 min powerwalking. I guess no more running ( I did run 3 miles about 3 times a wk before but haven't since my ivf tx)
But let me know if u try yoga that may be fun
