Does it hurt when the baby is turning head down

Am due the 28th of dec but I don't think am due that far I think it's the first week of December. ... would they induce labor once the baby is fully Developed?

No, I knew it had been wiggling a lot but didn't think it would be head down and ready already. I only knew from ultrasound.
