anyone else getting charley horses/sore legs & feet?

So I have had charley horses in the past but they are much more frequent since becoming pregnant. I had 1 a few weeks ago and another yesterday morning, and this morning. My calves hurt all day and my feet are hurting as well. it helps if hubby massages them a bit. Anyone know how to prevent them? is anyone else getting them?
I have noticed in the last month I am starting to retain water, at least at night and worse if I have been out shopping or standing for a long time during the day.

I'm getting more frequent cramps in my feet as well.  Thankfully, they don't really last for any period of time after I flatten out my foot.  I'm also having that pubic bone pain which I think is bizarre!  I thought it was just me!

The pelvic pain, and hip pain will probly get worse :(  It is our bones and ligaments streching/seperating getting ready for the big event. Soon you will feel like you are having to squat and walk at the same time, it gets pretty bad, well as far as I can remember. So much to look forward to! LOL

As far as Charlie horses and cramps, I don't like the sound of that, I'd let the doc know! Try to keep them elveated more, even at night prop them with a pillow even if your on your side to where they are evevated slightly above your heart, I hope it helps, those suckers hurt.

I have been getting cramps in my feet, but not my legs thankfully.  I haven't figured out how to prevent them, but please let me know if you figure anything out!!!
While we are talking about pain....I have been having a lot of pain in the pubic bone region and my hips.  I know this is common, but will it get better, worse, or stay the same as we get closer to the end???  There really isn't anything that i have found to ease the pain, but i am open for suggestions in this area too!!!!
