Sideways baby!

Has anyone ever had their baby lying sideways at 34 wks and it turned in time for a natural birth? This is my 4th baby and I'm freaking out at the thought of a c section!

Any reassurance about having a section/epidural (the needle in the spine bit is as terrifying as the wound) would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks, I'm scared of so many things about a section, I know the healing will take longer and I've a toddler and 2 older kids to look after, I'm not good at relaxing and letting my OH do everything! I had a traumatic experience with an emergency spinal anaesthetic when delivering my first baby, maybe this has left me with the fear!

I've had 2 sections the 1st with complications and it still doesn't scare me to have another..epidural did not hurt one bit for me. Hope baby turns for you so you can have baby the way you feel comfortable..don't stress if it ends in a c section tho everything will go great :)
