thanks ladies I will try all of these remedies.
I'm 30 weeks and have been experiencing vomiting and nausea since I was 5 weeks. My doctor had to prescribe me some medication just so I can get through the day! I throw up at least once a day. Haven't found much that helps besides water and sprite.
I was one of the lucky few not to be hit by morning sickness, however I did have a bug and I found that a few plain crisps at a time really helped me. As for the fatigue, it disappears during the 2nd trimester and hits you like a brick wall in your 3rd :) Best of luck!
I'm 23 weeks mine lasted about 3 weeks I still absolutely hate the smell of any sweet perfume and certain lotions. I also ate cheese crackers and kosher pickles helped me out alot, I also drank plenty of water and cranapple juice.
Exercise in fresh outdoor morning air helps also with fatigue and nausea.
Get up slowly, drink lots of water to keep hydrated, I also did ginger ale, ginger saved my life, try to stay away from things that don't smell good to you, and eating small meals helps. Someone also mentioned cheese and crackers totally my best friend...I'm 10 weeks now and I hardly have any nausea...hope this helps
Hello,
I made sure I kept peanut butter in my diet...whether it was toast or on crackers
I kept saltine crackers next to my bed .so every time u feel nauseated eat a few crackers and don't get out of bed right away . My nausea lasted 3 weeks.from 5 to 8 weeks. Am 10 weeks now.soon you will be better
Crackers helped me a lot with my first child. Cheese nips or cheese its were my best friend. They will help keep your spinach settled and your mouth dry from salivating. Hope you feel better soon. Mine only lated about 4 weeks, if that :-)
Hopefully it passes by 2nd trimester for you. Both pregnancies it started around 8wks and went around 14wks. I rested whenever I could, lots of early nights, tried to keep hydrated and eat little small meals throughout the day so.my tummy not got empty.
