During my first 12 weeks I had migraines on & off. My ob recommended tylenol & fluids. It didn't help much. My blood pressure was fine, I was miserable. I hope you feel better soon!

I read that headaches are common. It could be from hormones. I would try and drink more water and get enough sleep too. I wouldn't worry about it though. I have had a headache for two days as well. You can take tylenol.

I had lots of headaches early on, could be dehydration or like me you may be suffering more because of your sinuses. I had read that ladies have sinus problems when pregnant but this is the first time it has happened to me (I'm on baby #3) I'm still blocked up now and again but the headaches have eased (I'm now 26wks).
