Hi!  What a wonderful story of survival!
I have not yet heard of a successful uterine transplant, but
Nowadays it is pretty common for parents to choose a surrogate mother.  You can find many many wonderful big hearted women on the web who are willing to donate everything that that takes.  I don't know if that is something you would consider, but after a complete hysterectomy, that is your best option  in addition to adoption.  If your fiancee has an ovary left--which is not likely (you could find out by obtaining the operative report) an egg could be retrieved from that ovary, fertilized with your sperm and the embryo transferred to the surrogate.  If she has no ovaries then the surrogate would also be the egg donor.  All the legal details are fairly well worked out.  If you want more information go to:  http://www.GoIVF.com
